Welcome to the hb999 platform. These terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between you ("user" or "player") and hb999 ("we", "our", "platform").

By using our website, app, or any of our services, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

hb999 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms.

Important: This document has been prepared in English and applies to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, this English version shall be considered the definitive one.

Eligibility & Age Limit

To open an account at hb999 and use our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age (for 21+).
  • You must operate a valid account in your own name.
  • A person may hold only one account.
  • All personal information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
  • You are not residing in or accessing from a jurisdiction where online betting is completely prohibited.
Age Verification: hb999 may at any time request identity documents (National ID, passport, or birth certificate) to verify your age. If you fail to provide the required documents, your account may be suspended or closed.

Account Registration

When creating an account at hb999, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Please use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect your account is being used without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

It is strictly prohibited for the same person to hold more than one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity, hb999 follows the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request identity documents prior to withdrawal or in any suspicious circumstance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

hb999 supports the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (same for all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Only use payment methods registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
  • Account verification must be completed before withdrawals.
  • Withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit.
Important: Deposits or withdrawals through third-party bank accounts or mobile financial services are not permitted. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be subject to investigation.

4.3 Transaction Errors

If excess funds are credited to your account due to a technical error, hb999 reserves the right to correct that amount. If you knowingly use those funds, it will be considered fraud.

Bonuses & Promotions

hb999 regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated on the relevant promotions page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x — on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

  • Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires.
  • Only bets placed with the bonus balance will count toward wagering.
  • Some games may be excluded from wagering calculations — see the promotions page.
  • It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.

5.3 VIP Program

hb999's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Bonus Abuse: hb999 reserves the right to take action against accounts that attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system, including forfeiting bonuses and closing the account.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting at hb999:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be counted as valid once the system confirms it. hb999 is not liable if a bet is not confirmed due to network issues, technical errors, or other reasons.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

The results of all sports betting markets depend on the official announcement of the relevant sporting body. For cricket betting, markets are available across various formats including T20, IPL, BPL, and ICC tournaments.

6.3 Cancelled Bets

  • If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the bet may be cancelled.
  • hb999 reserves the right to cancel bets where there is clearly incorrect pricing.

6.4 Slots & Casino Games

All casino games operate on a Return-to-Player (RTP) mechanism. RTP is a long-term theoretical calculation — the outcome of each session is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is entirely independent and unbiased.
